Mission Statement

Micro Matic Industrial Services provides the service of supplying and developing packaging systems for the liquid chemical and food industry within North America. We supply liquid transfer valves, drums, mini-bulk containers and portable transfer pumps. These products are produced by leading companies and provide the most economical complete container delivery systems and closed liquid transfer systems on the market. Our customer service and expertise in understating our customer’s needs is the foundation of Micro Matic Industrial Services. Our products provide customers the opportunity to increase profitability through the use of innovative packaging technology.

Payment Terms

NET 30 DAYS FROM SHIPPING/INVOICE DATE Micro Matic Industrial Services reserves the right to add a late payment charge of 1.5% per month on any past due amount. There will be a fee of 3% added to all invoices paid by credit card for the convenience of using a credit card to simplify your payment.

Shipping

All products FOB warehouse unless otherwise defined in writing on Micro Matic Industrial Services stationary. All RUSH orders must be received by 1:00 PM in order to facilitate overnight next day delivery.

Warranty

The Original Equipment Manufacturer warrants all products sold by Micro Matic Industrial Services. Complete warranties are available upon request.

Micro Matic USA, Inc. products are warranted against defects in both material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment with the exception of extractor valves which are covered for a period of two (2) years. Micro Matic USA, Inc. does not warrant any product for material compatibility. Should a product, in the sole opinion of Micro Matic USA, malfunction within the warranty period, Micro Matic USA. Inc. will repair or replace the product without charge. Replacement of products will be on an exchange basis only. This warranty does not apply to product that has been damaged due to accident, abuse, improper installation, natural or personal disaster, alterations, repairs or modifications.

In no event will Micro Matic Industrial Services be liable to any purchaser for any costs or damages beyond product repair or replacement, arising from the purchase, use or inability to use any product.

Return of Merchandise

Under no circumstance can any product be returned to Micro Matic Industrial Services without prior authorization. Micro Matic Industrial Services reserves the right to reject any return shipment without prior authorization. Please call Micro Matic Industrial Services at (775) 356-0555 to obtain a Product Return Authorization number if needed. If, at the sole opinion of Micro Matic Industrial Services, we agree to accept a return for products that have not been used, and are in their original carton with all the original packaging and the purchaser prepays the freight, Micro Matic Industrial Services will charge a 15% restocking charge. Micro Matic Industrial Services will not accept returns on non-stock products or containers. Products returned under warranty MUST be free of chemical residue.

Orders can be mailed to the following: Micro Matic Industrial Services, 667 Spice Island Drive, #101, Sparks, NV 89431. Please allow 15 – 30 days for delivery of stock items. Anticipated shipping date of non-stock or volume orders requiring manufacturing lead times will be confirmed upon placement of the order. Micro Matic Industrial Services reserves the right to require minimum order quantities and set maximum quantities on sale items.
